Product Manager, 100% (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the global collection management (apparel / accessories / equipment) of namuk and shape namuk’s product vision together with the founder.

You will work closely with Design, Development, Operations, Marketing and Sales to develop products and collections that fit the brand and meet the needs of our customers.

You will manage product launches, provide operational and technical support to our marketing and sales teams, and ensure go-to-market plans are met.

You develop product specifications and assortment definitions and are responsible for ensuring that all base product data is correctly available internally.

You continuously inform yourself about new trends and innovations and ensure that our assortment is future-oriented and industry-leading.

You also attend trade fairs and conferences.

You act as a link to our suppliers and producers and make sure that we are as efficient as possible in terms of pricing/margins and that we reach our goals.

You are willing to develop and grow into product team leadership, both in terms of processes (including digitization/implementation of systems) and people development.
