Pendant ses vacances, il a droit \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 de son salaire de vacances (100%, voir art. 329d al. 1 CO). En contrepartie, le cr\u00e9dit de vacances est r\u00e9duit du nombre de jours de vacances pris. Si le salaire est pay\u00e9 par des indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res d&rsquo;une assurance d&rsquo;indemnit\u00e9s journali\u00e8res de maladie, l&#8217;employeur doit informer l&rsquo;assurance de la prise de vacances.
