Celles-ci ne se contentent pas de baisser les prix, mais augmentent \u00e9galement la pression sur les co\u00fbts publicitaires, en particulier sur des plateformes comme Google et Instagram. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des commer\u00e7ants interrog\u00e9s utilisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des outils d&rsquo;IA tels que ChatGPT pour la cr\u00e9ation de textes ou DeepL pour la traduction, ce qui permet de gagner \u00e0 la fois du temps et de l&rsquo;argent. Environ 42% des commer\u00e7ants en ligne utilisent l&rsquo;IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative pour cr\u00e9er des textes de produits, ce qui am\u00e9liore non seulement la qualit\u00e9 des produits, mais aussi la port\u00e9e et les taux de conversion. L&rsquo;IA est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9e dans la recherche de produits, les conseillers de vente num\u00e9riques et les chatbots de service. <strong>Cependant, l&rsquo;IA est remarquablement peu utilis\u00e9e dans le domaine de la personnalisation et de l&rsquo;analytique<\/strong>. Pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers des commer\u00e7ants ne proposent pas de formation continue \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs, tandis que la moiti\u00e9 d&rsquo;entre eux organisent des formations en interne et qu&rsquo;un quart d&rsquo;entre eux s&rsquo;appuient sur des programmes de formation externes, notamment dans des universit\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<h3>Tendances en mati\u00e8re de paiement : le paiement mobile gagne du terrain<\/h3>\n<p>Dans le domaine de l&rsquo;e-paiement, le transfert vers les m\u00e9thodes de paiement mobiles se poursuit. <strong>TWINT a atteint un taux d&rsquo;utilisation de 84%<\/strong> et gagne de plus en plus de parts de march\u00e9 (cf. illustration 4). Parmi les principaux fournisseurs de services de paiement, PayPal, Saferpay, PostFinance Payment et Payrexx font partie des leaders du march\u00e9 en Suisse. Environ 82% des commer\u00e7ants interrog\u00e9s font appel \u00e0 La Poste Suisse pour l&rsquo;envoi de leurs colis. <strong>L&rsquo;augmentation des co\u00fbts est souvent r\u00e9percut\u00e9e sur les clients finaux ou donne lieu \u00e0 des optimisations des processus logistiques<\/strong> (cf. fig. 5). Il est \u00e9galement int\u00e9ressant de noter qu&rsquo;un d\u00e9taillant sur quatre exploite au moins une partie de son assortiment en dropshipping, et que plus de 70 % de ces d\u00e9taillants sont satisfaits des r\u00e9sultats de ce mod\u00e8le commercial.  <\/p>\n<p><em>Question : \u00ab\u00a0Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 l&rsquo;impact de l&rsquo;augmentation des prix des colis postaux sur votre entreprise ?
