Il est presque aussi impopulaire que le travail domestique et moins appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 que le travail r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. 50,5 % des Suisses pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent utiliser leur temps autrement qu&rsquo;en faisant des achats. Une personne sur quatre (26,4 %) pr\u00e9f\u00e9rerait ne pas passer de temps \u00e0 faire des achats.   <\/p>\n<p>Mais toutes les personnes interrog\u00e9es ne consid\u00e8rent pas les courses alimentaires comme p\u00e9nibles ou n&rsquo;aiment pas faire du shopping. Il existe parfois de grandes diff\u00e9rences entre les sexes ou les groupes d&rsquo;\u00e2ge. Les diff\u00e9rentes attitudes vis-\u00e0-vis des achats sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tude par quatre types de shoppers : les fl\u00e2neurs sans but, les acheteurs de besoins stricts, les optimiseurs ouverts d&rsquo;esprit et les acheteurs d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 efficaces.  <\/p>\n<p>Pour que le shopping redevienne plus attrayant pour les clients, le commerce doit, selon les chercheurs du GDI, s&rsquo;en tenir aux quatre \u00ab\u00a0P\u00a0\u00bb : Il doit devenir plus rapide (promptness), plus proche (proximity), plus beau (pleasure) et plus utile (purpose).<\/p>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/gdi.ch\/publikationen\/studien\/ausgebummelt-pdf-2023-d?utm_campaign=ausgebummelt23&amp;utm_source=231108_studienmail_ausgebummelt&amp;utm_medium=email#attr=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">T\u00e9l\u00e9charger maintenant la nouvelle \u00e9tude GDI<\/a><\/h4>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le stress du temps auquel les consommateurs sont de plus en plus expos\u00e9s risque de plonger le commerce dans une crise fondamentale.
