Le commerce en ligne a donc <strong>augment\u00e9<\/strong> de <strong>1,3 milliard de<\/strong> <strong>chiffre d&rsquo;affaires B2C<\/strong>. Le commerce de d\u00e9tail dans son ensemble a franchi pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2021 la barre des CHF 100 milliards (prov. CHF 102.3 milliards).  <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.carpathia.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2022\/03\/OnlineVersandhandelSchweiz.jpg\"><br \/>\nEvolution du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de la vente en ligne et par correspondance 2008-2021 - Source : Handelsverband.swiss\/GfK - Graphique : Carpathia<\/p>\n<p>Le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires en ligne g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 en 2021 provient \u00e0 <strong>85%, soit 12,3 milliards de CHF<\/strong>, du <strong>march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur<\/strong>, et \u00e0 15%, soit 2,1 milliards de CHF, de l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. Il convient de noter que Zalando, dont le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 1,182 milliard de francs suisses, est compt\u00e9 comme un d\u00e9taillant en ligne national, ce qui est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sous-estim\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de constater que la part des boutiques en ligne \u00e9trang\u00e8res diminue depuis trois ans. Avec une part de <strong>40%<\/strong>, calcul\u00e9e sur le volume des colis. Zalando, le leader du secteur, fait grimper la moyenne avec un taux de retour estim\u00e9 \u00e0 56%.
