Aujourd&rsquo;hui, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des clients pr\u00e9parent leurs achats en ligne, tandis qu&rsquo;un bon quart des consommateurs pr\u00e9parent leurs achats en ligne hors ligne. (cf. figure 1).  <\/p>\n<p>Le shopping sur les plateformes de m\u00e9dias sociaux va \u00e9galement gagner en pertinence \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir. D&rsquo;une part, les plateformes de m\u00e9dias sociaux deviennent de plus en plus des plateformes de shopping <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.carpathia.ch\/2020\/05\/20\/facebook-lanciert-shopping-loesung-und-bindet-instagram-whatsapp-und-den-messenger-nahtlos-ein\/\">, comme l&rsquo;auteur invit\u00e9 Thomas Hutter l&rsquo;\u00e9crit dans son article<\/a>. D&rsquo;autre part, le shopping (en ligne) est une forme de divertissement.  <\/p>\n<p>La domination des places de march\u00e9 et des plates-formes est \u00e9galement de plus en plus forte. Les commer\u00e7ants en ligne se transforment de simples boutiques en ligne en places de march\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.carpathia.ch\/2021\/01\/12\/digitec-galaxus-2020-warenumsatz\/\">Galaxus<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.carpathia.ch\/2021\/05\/16\/manor-startet-seinen-marktplatz\/\">Manor<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.carpathia.ch\/2019\/11\/04\/microspot-marktplatz\/\">Microspot<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.carpathia.ch\/2019\/11\/01\/zalando-3q19\/\">Zalando<\/a>, entre autres, en sont des exemples.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Direct - contourner les \u00e9tapes commerciales pour un contact direct avec le client<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dans le mod\u00e8le commercial traditionnel, le fabricant ne vend pas directement au client final. Le fabricant vend souvent \u00e0 un importateur, qui vend \u00e0 son tour \u00e0 un distributeur, qui vend ensuite les produits au commerce. Le distributeur vend ensuite les produits au client final. Un mod\u00e8le qui est de plus en plus sous pression et qui s&rsquo;\u00e9rode.   <\/p>\n<p>La figure 2 illustre diff\u00e9rentes mani\u00e8res dont les fabricants et les marques contournent les \u00e9tapes commerciales. Le point 2 montre que les d\u00e9taillants en ligne contournent les diff\u00e9rents niveaux de distribution et ach\u00e8tent directement \u00e0 la source. Mais les fabricants reconnaissent \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;il peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant de vendre directement au client final (D2C), comme le montre le point 3. En effet, pour pouvoir d\u00e9velopper des solutions centr\u00e9es sur le client, les commer\u00e7ants en ligne doivent pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 le faire. <\/p>\n<p>Les besoins de la client\u00e8le doivent \u00eatre identifi\u00e9s et per\u00e7us. Il est \u00e9galement bon de savoir pourquoi les clients ont ces souhaits et ces besoins. Cette connaissance permet d&rsquo;anticiper la mani\u00e8re dont les clients vont agir. Il est possible d&rsquo;orienter ces actions gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des solutions intelligentes.   <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/blog.carpathia.ch\/2020\/02\/05\/innovation-bei-dominos-pizza-warum-mich-die-zero-click-app-begeistert\/\">application Zero Klick de Dominos<\/a> en est un bon exemple, car elle comprend parfaitement le besoin du client de \u00ab\u00a0commander rapidement un repas\u00a0\u00bb et propose pour cela une solution centr\u00e9e sur le client.<\/p>\n<h3>Les tensions de l&rsquo;avenir num\u00e9rique<\/h3>\n<p>Ce triptyque <em>connect\u00e9, direct, empathique<\/em> pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas exempt de contradictions et de conflits. En effet, connect\u00e9 et direct ne sont-ils pas contradictoires ? Suis-je empathique si je vends directement mais que mes clients pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent acheter via une plateforme et comment puis-je \u00eatre empathique si je suis en r\u00e9seau et que je ne peux pas contr\u00f4ler directement tous les points de contact ?  <\/p>\n<p>Ces contradictions existent et les entreprises doivent trouver un moyen de trouver un \u00e9quilibre optimal dans leurs tensions.
