Le march\u00e9 du travail est en pleine mutation. Comme d’autres entreprises, Schuh M\u00fccke ressent le manque de personnel qualifi\u00e9 - dans la vente, la logistique et \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s difficilement\u00a0\u00bb dans l’informatique et le commerce \u00e9lectronique, observe Kathrin Schmidt, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des d\u00e9partements RH, num\u00e9risation et comptabilit\u00e9 de Schuh- und Sport M\u00fccke Gmbh. Ses employ\u00e9s ont exprim\u00e9 le souhait de r\u00e9duire leurs heures de travail suite \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie et se sont d\u00e9couvert une autre conscience du temps libre. <\/p>\n

Cette prise de conscience de l’importance de l’\u00e9quilibre entre le travail et le temps libre se traduit actuellement en Allemagne et dans d’autres pays occidentaux par des discussions sur la semaine de quatre jours et le mot-cl\u00e9 New Work. Il ne s’agit pas de savoir si tout le monde travaille \u00e0 100 % ou quatre jours, mais plut\u00f4t de faire en sorte que les entreprises r\u00e9pondent davantage aux besoins individuels de leurs employ\u00e9s, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Schmidt dans une interview accord\u00e9e \u00e0 FashionUnited lors du congr\u00e8s du commerce \u00e0 Berlin. <\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Ce th\u00e8me de l’individualisation et le fait que cela convienne vraiment aux collaborateurs individuellement, c’est en fait ce que nous entendons par New Work\u00a0\u00bb, explique-t-elle. \u00ab\u00a0Dans la mesure du possible, nous r\u00e9pondons aux besoins des collaborateurs\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n
