Mais reprenons les choses dans l&rsquo;ordre. <\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9volution de l&rsquo;utilisation occasionnelle des m\u00e9dias montre qu&rsquo;Internet est le m\u00e9dia dominant de Monsieur et Madame tout le monde, devant la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision.  <strong>Alors qu&rsquo;en 2010, l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Internet se faisait encore principalement via un ordinateur, le smartphone a entre-temps rattrap\u00e9 son retard et est devenu aujourd&rsquo;hui le p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique Internet pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un autre regard sur les m\u00e9dias classiques r\u00e9v\u00e8le la perte d&rsquo;importance des quotidiens, qui a fait l&rsquo;objet de nombreuses discussions, et le maintien d&rsquo;un niveau tout \u00e0 fait remarquable de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision et de la radio.<\/p>\n<h3>M\u00e9dias sociaux - L\u00e0 o\u00f9 se trouvent vos clients !<\/h3>\n<p>Une autre conclusion impressionnante du rapport d&rsquo;\u00e9tude est l&rsquo;\u00e9norme p\u00e9n\u00e9tration des m\u00e9dias sociaux. <strong>9 personnes sur 10 utilisent des sites de r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong> et 71% de la population suisse participent activement \u00e0 leur contenu. Cette \u00e9volution a ouvert de multiples opportunit\u00e9s et potentiels pour le contact direct avec les clients, avec des r\u00e9percussions sur la mani\u00e8re dont le marketing et la communication sont men\u00e9s.  <\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9dias sociaux se sont interpos\u00e9s entre les fournisseurs et les consommateurs en tant que <strong>services d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la client\u00e8le<\/strong><em>(pour en savoir plus <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.carpathia.ch\/2019\/06\/28\/e-commerce-report-2019-vernetzte-handelswelt-und-wertewandel-beim-konsumenten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">, cliquez ici<\/a><\/em>) et leur omnipr\u00e9sence agit de plus en plus comme une premi\u00e8re source d&rsquo;information et d&rsquo;inspiration, en particulier pour les produits de consommation.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, les influenceurs jouent d\u00e9sormais un r\u00f4le important.  <strong>95% des jeunes Suisses \u00e2g\u00e9s de 14 \u00e0 19 ans suivent au moins un influenceur.<\/strong>  Toutes tranches d&rsquo;\u00e2ge confondues, ce chiffre est toujours de 65%. Les publications des influenceurs sont per\u00e7ues comme plus divertissantes et plus inspirantes que celles des m\u00e9dias classiques. <\/p>\n<h3>Voice en tant que canal de smartphone entrant ?<\/h3>\n<p>Outre les boutiques en ligne \u00ab\u00a0mobile-first\u00a0\u00bb, le commerce de plateforme et le commerce sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, le th\u00e8me de la voix est de plus en plus discut\u00e9. Les participants \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9s \u00e0 ce sujet. <strong>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, plus d&rsquo;une personne sur deux (53%) utilise d\u00e9j\u00e0 des assistants vocaux tels que Siri d&rsquo;Apple et Google Assistant<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Les Romands semblent avoir trouv\u00e9 plus de plaisir \u00e0 utiliser ces fonctions. Alors qu&rsquo;en Suisse al\u00e9manique, 22% des personnes interrog\u00e9es utilisent les assistants vocaux plusieurs fois par mois, ce chiffre atteint d\u00e9j\u00e0 40% en Suisse romande. Il sera int\u00e9ressant d&rsquo;observer <strong>dans quelle mesure les fonctionnalit\u00e9s vocales continuent d&rsquo;influencer la domination de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;Internet par smartphone<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p>En conclusion, les donn\u00e9es recueillies par le Media Use Index soulignent l&rsquo;importance du smartphone en tant que <strong>point de d\u00e9part central pour la communication, le contenu et le commerce<\/strong>, et celui-ci s&rsquo;\u00e9tablit de plus en plus comme le garant indispensable de l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s au client.
